We produce nuts with 10 kind of materials, in order to better meet the different requirements.
Steel used for nuts:
- 11 S Mn Pb 37 EN 10277 - 1.0737 Steel with sulphur, manganese and lead.
- Inox A1- AISI 303 – 1.4305 stainless steel.
Brass used for nuts:
- CW614N-M UNI EN 12164 (ex OT58) brass.
Bronze used for nuts:
- Cu Sn5 Zn5 Pb5-C EN 1982 - CC491K Tin bronze with zinc and lead. 60-70 HB
- Cu Sn7 Zn4 Pb7-C EN 1982 - CC493K Tin bronze with zinc and lead. 65-75 HB
- Cu Sn12-C EN 1982 - CC483K Tin bronze 80-100 HB
- Cu Al 11 Fe6 Ni6-C EN 1982 - CC483K5 Aluminium bronze. 160-220 HB
Plastic used for nuts:
- PA 6 + Mo S2 DIN 7728 plastic.
- PA 6 + additives and solid lubricants DIN 7728 self-lubricating plastic
